Condolences

Condolence From: Larry Moniuk
Condolence: We want to pass on our heartfelt condolences to the family of our dear sister and friend, Mary Wojcichowsky. I remember growing up in the Wakaw area and attending the meetings at the Kingdom Hall, where we would always see Mary and her family sitting near the front of the hall, listening intently to the meetings. She was a devoted "Witness" of Jehovah God. (Isaiah 43:10) Mary's falling asleep in death reminds me of a family who also experienced the loss of a family member. Mary and Martha lost their brother Lazarus in death. In John 11:12-14, Jesus said he was only "sleeping." What a comforting way to view the death of a loved one. But he also reassured the family that Lazarus would wake up in the future resurrection, and that was the hope that Mary and Martha also had for their brother. (See John 11:24) That's the hope that Mary Wojcichowsky had as well, to wake up again to life on earth in perfect health "in the resurrection" as Martha called it. How we all look forward to welcoming her back again. What a time it will be when death is "no more." (Revelation 21:4).Please take comfort in these sure promises.
