James Harvey Gamelin passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 29, 2018 in Vancouver, B.C. at the age of 87 years. Jim will be lovingly remembered by his partner Alice Boucher, his children: Yvonne (Dan Mains), Jim (Karen Brown), Glenn (Rosy) and Colette (Rick) Dengler. Jim will also be fondly remembered by his grandchildren: Adrian (Chris), Clark, Hillary, Tyler, Ryan, Karmyn, Dylan, Glecy, Rochelle, Shannon (Brent) and Amy (Evan); and his 10 great grandchildren. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the St. Louis Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Ramel Macapala as celebrant. Interment of the Urn will take place in the St. Louis Roman Catholic Cemetery at a later date. Donations in memory of Jim may be directed to the Saskatchewan Heart & Stroke Foundation.
