Obituary for Lucien Armand "Jim" Boucher

Lucien, better known as Jim, formerly of St.Louis, Sk. passed away peacefully at the Central Haven Special Care Home in Saskatoon, SK. at the age of 98 years. Jim is lovingly remembered by 2 children, 5 grandchildren & 5 great-grandchildren, James Boucher, Cody Thistle-Boucher, Josey Thistle-Boucher (fiance Desiree Fuchs); Anita (Francis) Grenier, Janelle (Kyle) Zimmerman, Eleni, Veran and Arlyn, Jason Grenier, Jenna (Daniel) Drapak, Halia, Hazel; sister Estelle Olynik; sister-in-law Florentina Boucher & numerous nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Lorette, his parents Jean Marie & Ernestine Boucher; his siblings Florence (Ed) Legare, Bertha (Charlie) Legare, Odile (Jean-Baptiste) Caron, Lea (Bert) Regnier, Raymond(Marie) Boucher, Real Boucher & 1 brother-in-law Mack Olynik. Due to Covid restrictions, a private family Funeral Service was held Friday, April 16, 2021 at the St.Louis Roman Catholic Church with Fr. Milan Sajonas officiating. Interment followed at the St.Louis Roman Catholic Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to: Wakaw Branch 195 of the Royal Canadian Legion, Wakaw, SK. S0K 4P0 or to the Central Haven Special Care Home, 1020 Avenue I North, Saskatoon, SK, S7L 2H7. The family would like to Thank the Central Haven Special Care Home Staff for the Special & Great care that our father received during his stay there.
