Obituary for Elaine Rose Anderson
Elaine passed away peacefully at Cudworth Nursing Home on Friday, April 17, 2020 at the age of 74 years. She was born on January 28, 1946 to Adolph and Monica Wunderlich.
She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Robert (Marcie) and Jeff (Robin). Her grandchildren Jarin and Monika, and their mother Vikki. Her siblings, Tom (Chris) Wunderlich, Gordon (Marilyn) Wunderlich and Muriel King, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her mother Monica (1997), and her father Adolph (2002).
Elaine passed the time by sitting in her spot by the front door of the nursing home and watching all the coming and goings of the day. She would do word search puzzles and watch movies, sit coms or curling. She loved spending time at the family cabin at Wakaw Lake with her sister Muriel, where many, many laughs were shared. She would sit on the front deck and have many games of Yahtzee or sit on the back deck and enjoy wiener roasts and cold beer. A private celebration of Elaine’s life will be held at a later date.
