It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jean at the age of 96 years 11 months. Jean is survived by his ten children: Muriel (Andre) Casavant; Jeanne (Wes) Drodge; Jean-Pierre (Rita Pelletier); Daniel (Colette Pelletier); Jacqueline (Leo Gaudet); Armand (Jean Hagen); Agnes (Lynn Kusch); Rene; Vince (Lois Winters); Leo (Angel Deault); 25 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren, one sister Marguerite Hounjet and two sister-in-laws, Madeleine and Evelyn Denis and numerous nieces and nephews. Jean was predeceased by his wife Jeanne, his parents, five brothers and four sisters, one granddaughter Kristina Faye Denis and one great granddaughter Eva Marguerite Denis. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday September 21st, 2019 at 10:30 am at St. Jeanne D'Arc Roman Catholic Church in Domremy, SK with Rev. Fr. Ramel Macapala as celebrant. A private family interment will follow at the Domremy Cemetery. Donations in memory of Jean may be directed to the Bellevue Care Home.
