Walter John  Yurashak
Walter John Yurashak passed away with a soul full of loving memories in Saskatoon on March 31, 2018 at the age of 76. He was born in Prince Albert, SK on June 14, 1941, attended secondary school in St. Benedict, SK, post-secondary at the University of Saskatchewan and excelled in a 10 year career with Firestone Tires and an additional 20 years with Intercontinental Packers. Walter had a passion for track, hockey, baseball, fishing, having a ducktail like Elvis, dancing with Irene, building the perfect campfire, flooding a backyard rink, quality time with friends and family at the cabin, eating Chinese food, and watching old movies. Walter was predeceased by his parents William and Lena (Lynn) Yurashak (nee Uhryn), sister Elizabeth Michayluk (nee Yurashak) and the love of his life Irene Elsie Yurashak (nee Hluchaniuk). He is survived by his loving children Laurissa (Scott) and Susan (Hank), grandchildren Holly, Dawson, Justin (Jenn), and Jack as well as his great grandchild, James and remembered dearly by his loving sister Marion (Paul) Michayluk their children and numerous adored nephews and nieces that held a special place in his heart.
