Carol passed away at home in the early morning hours of August 16, 2016, eight months after a diagnosis of stage IV lung cancer. She lived the past 8 months since her diagnosis with faith and courage but was called home by her Lord when the struggle became too great. Carol leaves to mourn her passing and cherish her memory, her loving husband, Leroy; her children, Myra (Grant) Bossaer, Saskatoon, Eric, Mitchell, Evan & Jaclyn; Mark DeMong, Edmonton, Jonathan, Maryssa, Lucas, Samara & Jacob; Karl (Leanne) DeMong, Calgary, Sarah Beth, Alexis & Isabella; James (Jennifer) DeMong, Calgary, Rebekah, Matthew, Gabriel, Nathaniel, Nicholas, John Paul, Julia & Joseph; Keith DeMong, Saskatoon; her brother, Philip (Vesta) Renneberg, Cudworth; her sisters, Rosanne (Ron) Rowan, Victoria; Margaret (Peter) Currie, Moosomin; as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives & friends. Carol was predeceased by her parents, Alfred & Cathryn (Diederich) and her sister, Mary. The family wishes to thank all of the people involved in Carol's care at home, as well as all the family and friends that visited and brought food over the past several months.
