Lillian  Fauchoux
Lillian Alexina Fauchoux, 84 years of age, passed away on the 31st of March, 2016 at Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon, SK. She was born on the 23rd of June, 1931 in St. Denis, SK to Romeo and Evelina (Labrecque) Phaneuf. Lillian married Joseph Fauchoux October 24, 1951 in Hoey, SK. They were married for 63 years. Through the years, Lillian enjoyed fishing and camping in Waskesiu with family and friends. Later on, she enjoyed playing cards at the Columbian and the Bellevue Care Home with her neighbors. Lillian was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph, her parents, Romeo and Evelina Phaneuf, her in-laws, Emile and Alice Fauchoux, her grandchildren, Jennifer, Patrick and Tim Cousin, her brothers, Albert and Alfred Phaneuf, her sister-in-law Ella Phaneuf, and her brother-in-law, Don Carrier. Lillian is survived by her children: Irene (Raymond) Cousin of Hoey, SK., Henri (Laurie) Fauchoux of Calgary, AB and Roger Fauchoux of Saskatoon, SK; her siblings, Lionel (Florence) Phaneuf of Prince Albert, SK, Rita (Ben) Habetler of Saskatoon, Therese Carrier of Saskatoon, SK, Edward (Rosemarie) Phaneuf of Prince Albert, SK, her in- laws, Victor (Armande) Fauchoux, Louis (Shirley) Fauchoux and Lea (Jack) Adams and her nephews and nieces. The Mass of Christian Burial was be celebrated on at the St. Louis Roman Catholic Church, St. Louis, SK., on Monday, April 4, 2016 at 10:30 am with Rev. Fr. Ramel Macapala as celebrant The Interment of the Urn followed at the St. Louis Roman Catholic Cemetery. Donations in memory of Lillian may be directed to the Bellevue Care Home. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Marc Blondeau of Kushneryk Funeral Service, Wakaw, Sk., 306-233-4403.
