Fontaine – Irene Agnes Fontaine (nee Raymond) born May 12 1932 at St. Denis, SK, passed away peacefully Sunday January 10th 2016 at Bethany Pioneer Village in Middle Lake, SK. with her family by her side. She was a loving wife, mother, grand mother, and great grandmother. She was a selfless generous woman who dedicated her life to her family. Irene is survived by her loving husband of 63 years Ernest, her children: Clem (Alice), Donald (Louise), Normand (Michelle), Suzanne (Mike), Sylvia (Hervé), Luc (Sylvia), Robert (Yvonne), Pauline (Ralph), Rita (Preston) and François (Helen); 31 grandchildren,13 great grandchildren, her brother and sisters: Alice Hounjet, Sr Gisèle Raymond, Germaine (Armand) Grisé, Jean (Pauline) Raymond and Thérèse (Joe) Mercier; her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Caroline Raymond, Gérard (Thérèse) Fontaine, Thérèse Thibault and Lionel (Fernande) Fontaine. Irene was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Augustine Raymond, her brothers: Roland, Louis and Arthur (Lucille) Raymond; her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Joseph Hounjet, Albert (Marie) Fontaine, Ida (Raymond) Huard, Cecil (Raymond) Georget, Robert Thibault, Armand (Odile) Fontaine; and her son-in-law Danny Cordes.
