Blanche Marie Agnès Boutin, née Béland
Born May 17, 1931 in Moose Jaw Sask and was delivered into the arms of God on January 31, 2014.
It is with deep sorrow, and gratefulness for a long and active life, that we announce the passing of our loving mother, mother in-law, sister in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. Mom breathed her last, cradled in the arms of a loving son while vacationing in Las Terranas, in the Dominican Republic .
She will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by her children; Guy (Angéline Pouliot), Ron, Yolande Wilchowy (Wally), Marilyn Doronski, Claude (Brenda Baron), Sylvia Meszaros (Ryan), Frank, Michelle Mann (Reg), son in-law Eugène Johnson, and Gilles (Christie Kihn); 33 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren, and a multitude of extended family and friends.
She was predeceased by her husband Adalbert (Bert); a daughter, Danielle Boutin-Johnson; two grand daughters, Natalia Wilchowy and Charman Doronski; two great-grandchildren, Keanen Boutin-Lock and Will Rattray; her parents, François Béland and Agnès (Blondeau); her in-laws Jean-Marie Boutin and Irène Tessier; three brothers in-law, Ben Grenier, Ben Boutin and Rev Jean Marie Boutin; two sisters in-law, Amy (Jones) and Val (Grieman).
The Prayer Service will be held at the St. Bruno Roman Catholic Church in Bruno, SK., on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at 7:30 p.m led by Rev Fr. Joseph Ackerman. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church in Domremy, SK., on Friday, February 14, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Fr. Joseph Ackerman as celebrant. Interment will follow in the St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Cemetery. Donations in memory of Blanche may be directed to the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan, in memory of Iron Will’s GG.
